Orders and payment
An order is accepted when secure payment is confirmed and VibeFlora issues an order confirmation. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The final total, including the delivery fee, is displayed before payment. We may contact you if an obvious pricing or availability error prevents fulfilment.
Fresh, seasonal product
Photographs show the intended style rather than an exact recipe. Natural variation and seasonal stem changes within the same arrangement are part of the product, while value, scale and overall feeling are preserved as closely as possible. VibeFlora will not replace the ordered product or size. If the original ordered item cannot be fulfilled, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, recipient, address and delivery information and have authority to use the selected payment method. Card messages must not be unlawful, threatening or abusive. Orders may be refused where they create a safety, fraud or legal risk.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Our delivery and cancellation policies form part of these terms. Please review them before ordering. A payment confirmation page alone does not prove acceptance if payment is later reversed or fails.
Website and intellectual property
VibeFlora's branding, photography, copy and website design may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Product availability and site content may change without notice.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, VibeFlora is not responsible for indirect loss or delays outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and mandatory rights under Australian law continue to apply.
