Information we collect
We collect details you provide to place an order or make an enquiry, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, card messages and delivery instructions. If you create an account, we also keep your profile and order history. Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider and are not stored by VibeFlora.
How we use it
We use personal information to prepare and deliver orders, process payments, contact customers and recipients, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the service. Marketing email begins only after the address confirms the request by email. Every marketing message provides a no-login unsubscribe link, and withdrawal does not stop order receipts or service messages.
Who processes it
VibeFlora uses specialist providers for website hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, transactional email and form abuse prevention. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. Information may be processed outside Australia subject to those providers' security and privacy safeguards.
Storage and security
Access to customer and order information is restricted to authorised staff. We use encrypted connections, identity checks and role-based access controls. We retain records only as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@vibeflora.com.au. Some transaction records must be retained where required by law.
