Delivery areas and fees
Enter the recipient's postcode at checkout to see available suburbs and the current delivery fee. If an address is outside the listed area, contact the studio before ordering and we will confirm whether a special delivery can be arranged.
Dates and same-day orders
Available dates, same-day eligibility and the current order cutoff depend on the recipient's suburb and studio capacity. The options shown at checkout are authoritative for your order; published blackout dates are never offered.
Recipient details
Please provide an accurate address and a working recipient phone number. Apartment access, gate codes, business names and hospital or venue details should be included in the delivery notes. Delivery may be delayed or recharged when information is incomplete or incorrect.
If nobody is available
Where it is safe and permitted, the driver may leave flowers in a sheltered place and send a delivery update. If there is no safe place, the studio will contact the customer or recipient to arrange the next step. Redelivery may incur an additional fee.
Seasonal stem variations
Flower availability changes daily. Within the same ordered arrangement, a pictured stem may be replaced with one of equal or greater value while preserving the palette, mood and scale. We do not replace the ordered product or size; if it cannot be fulfilled, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.
